Like many of the homebuyers he serves, it was Hawaii’s year-round surf and sun that lured Steven to Maui after beginning his mortgage career in 2002. His experience with a fast-growing Irvine, California brokerage firm served him well as he landed a management position in 2003 with a Hawaii mortgage company. In 2007, he decided to take the leap and launch Pacific Home Loans where he continues to lead the company successfully through the many changes in the mortgage industry.

Steven has closed over 1,200 Hawaii home loans and inaugurated the practice of always being readily available to his clients, serving them with the highest level of expertise. He maintains his NMLS (Nationwide Mortgage Licensing System) license which requires rigorous testing in addition to background and credit checks, as well as remaining an active member of both the National Association of Mortgage Brokers (NAMB) and the Hawaii Association of Mortgage Brokers (HAMB).
